Types of server
1. Shared server: Shared server allows all these websites to use web space and resources like CPU, RAM together resulting in the cost of this hosting type being lower than both other types of hosting.
2. VPS Server: VPS is an online service in which you get almost all the control, just like you get on your computer. In most of the VPS servers you can use the operating system. This will give you the same feeling as a normal physical server.VPS hosting is also known as hybrid hosting, as it works like a dedicated server with a shared environment on a physical server. So it acts as a bridge between shared hosting and dedicated hosting. VPS is known as a virtual dedicated server (VDS). Now understand this for example.
Just like a big building has many rooms, and in that, you own your own room. You can do whatever you want in your room and no one can come into your room. A virtual private server is also of this type.
3. Dedicated Server: Dedicated hosting service, in which the website user or business organization leases an entire physical server on the lease (or rent) and the server is not shared with anyone. It is more flexible than shared hosting because the client has full control over the server's hardware, OS, etc. These dedicated servers are kept in data centers, which is a secure and reliable environment. The owner of the dedicated server is always the provider, the client rents the server monthly and yearly and uses its services and resources. There are some benefits of choosing a dedicated hosting server - high performance, security, email stability, and full control.
4. Cloud: n the computer world, the term cloud refers to the network or the Internet. In other words, we can say that the cloud is something that exists in a remote location. The cloud server can provide services over Private and Public Network, i.e. WAN, LAN, or VPN. It stores information and data on Physical or Virtual Servers and is overseen by the Cloud Computing Provider such as Amazon and their AWS Product As a personal or business cloud computing user, you can, via an Internet connection, Access your Stored Data on the cloud.
Hosting

When someone types their address or URL in their browser to access your website, then the web servers approve the request of the customer and pass a copy of your website files to his computer, resulting in the customer's computer open your website.
